Quiet Surf Townhomes II #4 in Destin offers accommodation with free WiFi, 3. This was our first experience with renting a beach condo & we will definately do this again. We could not have asked for anything more. Having 3 kids ages 6, 9, and 13 it was a little too busy for us with young college kids.
We had a blast and everything was just great. We do not rent to anyone under 25. I'm thinking of destin, and can't wait to get back to quiet surf someday. We plan to be back this fall! It was close enough to Destin that the car ride wasn't far, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Good places to eat within walking distance. The restaurants within walking distance were outstanding - Captain Dave's right next door and Pompano Joe's about 1/2 mile down the beach line. Otherwise, we VERY much enjoyed the stay, the unit, the beach and the you! Steps to the beach was the best!

We are very hard people to please. The bed in the master is super comfortable and the AC works great! Very clean & updated! The property is 7 km from Big Kahunas.
Very clean and effortless check-in. Plenty of books and board games for those rare rainy days. How Much Living Space? We absolutely were not ready to leave and will likely return to this same unit next year! Watch the beautiful sunset from the back covered porch, have coffee looking at the beautiful white sands and ocean. The location on the beach can't be beat and it's right next to Captain Dave's and Kenny D's, with a short walk to the Crab Trap. The upstairs baths do need to be renovated as they are showing their age and a lot of ware. Paid $140 to park 3rd car somewhere else. We will book again for sure. Quaint at an extraordinary location. Yada yada--the thing, the BEST thing that sets this apart from every other place we've ever stayed in destin was the rare location: right on the beach.
Great Condo in a Great Location. And overall the stay was lovely. Our sliding door was stuck, they fixed it in an hour. The management team (Frangista) did a good job keeping us informed and updated on our visit. By Barb H. The house was very spacious, clean, and well stocked with necessary items. Apart from being right on the beach with dedicated beach space, condo 205 also gives guests access to amenities like a beachfront pool, a fitness center, a parking garage and a grilling deck. The only thing I would suggest is for additional trash bags and toilet paper as we ran out of those very important things. Grace Period: - Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival. Other pro's- it had a good supply of sand toys. We didn't have the best weather, but there was plenty to do! We didn't cook, but there would have been everything we would've needed there.

Tour Matlacha: Try the 'fishingest bridge in the world'. There was an apples to apples game but it's for older kids. This would be my only real complaint. Check-out time at 9:00 am is super early and an inconvenience. 2 Families Lived It Up!! The back deck & closed interior was a little disappointing. Home was clean and staff efficiently fixed door code that quit working. It's close to the grocery stores, restaurants, and any shopping you may want to do.
