The Academy Summer Youth Guard (ASYG) program runs in June on Mondays and Thursdays from 4:00 – 6:30 PM. Elements of dance, acrobatics, and theatrics are also utilized. To be early is to be on time. Master Class Opportunity – Advanced students may choose to audition for the "master class. " This is also a wonderful opportunity to work with and meet our staff before auditioning for Pacific Crest 2023. The flag and pole are $30. Yes, typically the instructor will have 5-10 minute breaks on the hour (or whenever a module will allow) and a 1-hour lunch will be given, as well. This promotes safety and healing. Join winter guard as a way to continue to improve your skills throughout the season, as well as get the chance to perform in competitions dedicated to the sport. Once at the competition location we will start official warm-ups at 5:00 and perform at 5:24. The Humble Colorguard is a part of the Wildcat Marching Band that participates in UIL Marching as well as Winter Guard. For parents, friends, and directors, closing ceremonies will be held at O'Brien stadium on the Eastern Illinois campus. There is a football game every Friday.
