Myrtle Beach doesn't get a ton of inclement weather, but if you happen to be in town during a shower or the cooler months, you can still have a great time at these area bowling alleys. Our hotel was fabulous and we had a such a good time we booked an extra night. I have stayed there before and it was a great place to stay and if I ever go back I would stay there againDebbie user. I love staying here. With Four children and 2 adults it was a great price. The manager was very nice and gave us refund on some of our breakfast vouchers and bowling passes and arcade cards for out troubles. We love the ocean front King room with the quirky triangle shape. The rooms were roomy. The bright colors make our indoor pool a fun and playful environment. Hotel was clean and offered great views! Was not much open in town, but still had a wonderful time. The breakfast at the hotel is not something I would recommend, as I had a roach running out of my napkin. Located on the 2nd floor. The suite was clean but somewhat worn as it was late in the season when we stayed.
Nice add on's like bowling and breakfast make this place a one-stop-shop. The rooms are comfortable and there is even a bowling alley in the hotel for those rainy or lazy days when everybody may be too tired to go out user. Our group of 11 stayed at Captains Quarters. Shipwreck Lagoon Kids' Waterpark is located on the oceanfront pool deck, has a "wrecked" pirate ship with water cannons to encourage playful battles, and a pirate in control of the steering of the ship. Enjoy our Shipwreck Lagoon Kids' Waterpark, pools and whirlpool, 20-lane bowling alley, arcade and more! Free bowling we where able to go horse back riding on the beach the my 2 girls and I what a wonderful time we had only complaint we had was that we had to go home. It was a non smoking hotel yet some of the employees were in the hall or garage entrance areas smoking and someone was actually putting out their cigarette on the carpet by their entrance doors on the 5th floor beside the 520 room we had. Very comfortable user. The hotel was clean, and very customer friendly. Complaints about cleanliness and maintenance issues in rooms. At 4-feet deep, it is heated and open year-round. Great place for families, on site bowling alley, arcade are really fun, especially if you have a rainy day on your vacation. It was an adventure this year. Breanna J. I absolutely love this resort! Renovations have been taking place the past few years and it is amazing the changes in the Quarters for the best. Best family resort at Myrtle Beach. Food was great overlooking the ocean and it was hot and fresh. NO fabricated mess that you encounter at other hotels. Whether you bowl with the between-the-legs technique or you've mastered the backspin to get strike after strike, Surfside Bowl Entertainment Center is an entertaining spot for all ages and skill levels. This was our first time at this hotel.
We will deffintly stay here user. Unlike other resorts we witnessed workers cleaning the pool area constantly... That is a big plus!!! The Level 6 Entertainment Center has over 2, 000 square feet of arcade games! Our kids had a great time in the bowling alley and on the beach. Would stay at CQ again! Wonderful visit cant wait to come back! Have stayed at other hotels but Captains Quarters was best so unruly drunks at the pool as was with some of the other meant a lot to me since we are not drinking had a good time, parking was great and the hotel is close to other sights that the kids wanted to for Myrtle Beach!!!
